Tammy L. Moore, CEO and owner of A Precious Touch Hair Salon Inc. was born and raised in Rochester, NY. At the very tender age of 14, she envisioned owning her own salon. After moving to Florida, she realized there was a need for an upscale salon in the Tampa Bay area. Her goal was to have a salon that was a comfortable, stress-free environment for her clients.

Tammy has received many years of extensive training in product knowledge, customer care and hair styling techniques. Tammy has worked with some of the industry's top hair designers and has been trained at some of the world's most prestigious schools. Including Lorain's Hairstyling Academy Inc., Dudley's Cosmetology University, Pivot Point, Barry Fletcher, Vidal Sasson, Salon Management & Marketing, Redken and Design Essentials. She also is Mizani certified.
